Shipping policy

Welcome to the Ascend Wood family! We are so grateful for your support of our small business. We hope you are satisfied with your order. We work very hard to make sure everyone enjoys our products and packages! If you have questions about our return policy, exchanges, and/or shipping please refer to the following statements below. 

SHIPPING

We do our best to make sure you have your order in a timely manner. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. Depending on USPS, your order should arrive in 3-5 business days after it has been shipped.
  • All VIP orders receive priority handling and shipping.
  • If your item has been returned to us from USPS, we will send you an email requesting a different address. Once we hear back from you, we will resend your order using the new address free of charge. If we do not receive an email from you within 14 days of the return, we will send a refund of your item(s) (not including shipping cost).
  • If you do not receive your item 7 days after the shipment date, please contact USPS before you contact us. They will be able to help you with a possible late shipment or missing package.
  • Ascend Wood is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the order has been scanned into USPS system. If you think your package was lost or stolen, please contact your local USPS.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

We only accept returns, exchanges, and refunds on our t-shirts. Email us at info.ascendwood@gmail.com your reason for the return and the name on your order. We will not accept returns for items that have been worn, used, or washed. A request for a return or exchange must be made 30 days after your order was shipped.

  • Stickers/decals, WWJD bracelets, and wristbands are not eligible for returns/refunds.
  • Any order used with a code/discount are not eligible for a return/refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order is eligible for a return/refund, shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Once we receive your returns/exchanges, we will inspect the products to verify they have not been worn, used, or washed. If they are eligible for an exchange/return, we will send you an email. If your order is eligible for a return, your refund will take about 8-10 days to process from the date your return was verified as eligible.
  • Although this is not common, if your item has been damaged or broken after your first wear please email info.ascendwood@gmail.com
  • We recommend shipping a return/exchange using a tracking number. We can only accept returns/exchanges when we have received the item(s). If there is an issue with shipping, we cannot guarantee your refund/exchange.
